- For non-furniture goods, customers can request a replacement via courier pickup at no additional cost.
- All goods returned to Nilkamal must be in their original packaging, including the invoice and tags, and must not have been used or tampered with.
- Gift cards and convenience fees for Cash on Delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.
