Payout will only apply to legitimate users, defined as those with a valid email ID, a reachable, verified phone number, and a valid address (including PIN code). Any user failing to meet these criteria will not be eligible for a payout.
Only the products listed on the specified pages or belonging to the mentioned brands will be eligible for payout. Any purchases of other products will not be eligible for any payout.
Unique User Definition:
A legitimate user will be considered unique only if they possess a unique combination of a genuine email ID, a reachable verified phone number, and a valid address. Repeat users with identical details will be treated as non-unique and will not be eligible for multiple payouts.
Payout Calculation:
Payout/Commission percentage is applicable on the final validated order value of the customer, calculated at the item level. Only post-validation will the payout be processed.
Payout Window:
Payouts will be applicable only on confirmed, delivered orders after the completion of a 30-day return window. Reconciliation will be done after this period, and payments will be made 45 days after the reconciliation. Any cancelled, returned, or refunded orders will be excluded from the payout
Payout Cap:
A maximum payout per order will be capped at INR 225.
Anti-Fraud Measures:
Users identified as engaging in bulk buying, reselling, or OTP fraud will not be eligible for payout. Such users will be blacklisted and barred from further participation.
Fraud Detection:
Any user flagged for fraudulent activity, including but not limited to false identities, manipulated tracking, or unauthorized coupon use, will be excluded from the payout. All such incidents will be recorded and reported.
Order Limit Per User:
Payout will be limited to a maximum of three (3) orders per legitimate user per month. Orders exceeding this limit will not qualify for any payout.
Tracking & Reporting:
All tracking will be conducted via Google Analytics reports using installed pixels. Any discrepancies or missing order IDs will not be considered for payout. All reports must reflect accurate and reasonable metrics, without anomalous data such as 200% conversion rates or 5% bounce rates.
Metric Integrity:
The metrics reported via Google Analytics must remain consistent and within expected ranges. Any significant deviations or anomalies in the data will lead to further scrutiny and potential withholding of payouts.
